OUR PAINTING PROCESS
At Golden Painting we take pride in our work ethic and process. Here is a brief overview of the painting process we’ll follow over the course of your project:
Step 1 - Setup
Interior: Your furniture and décor are placed in the center of the room, covered with new plastic, and all flooring is protected with drop cloths.
Exterior: Areas to be painted are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.
Step 2 - Preparation
Interior: We will fill cracks and holes in ceilings and walls, seal stains and scuff-sand surfaces if need.
Exterior: We will scrape off loose paint and scuff-sand glossy areas and caulk previously caulked gaps to prevent water intrusion if need.
Step - 3 Painting
Interior: Any repaired areas are primed, premium-quality paint is applied to create a uniform finish.
Exterior: The repaired areas are primed before premium-quality paint is applied to your home’s exterior, creating a uniform finish.
Step 4 - Clean Up
We treat your home just like it is our own – with the utmost care and respect. Therefore, we try to leave everything right where we found it and we pay close attention to doing a thorough job cleaning the work area.
Step 5 - Inspection
After our own inspection, we will invite you on a detailed walk-through of our work. You may also also be contacted for a follow-up satisfaction survey so that we know how we measured up to your expectations.

We provide residential and commercial painting services, including but not limited to interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and related services. The scope of work will be defined in your estimate or service agreement.
2. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are based on information provided during the consultation or site visit.
Final pricing may change if additional work, repairs, or services are requested or required.
Estimates are valid for 5 days from the date issued.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
4. Payments
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, Zelle.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide access to the property at scheduled times.
Please remove or safely secure personal items, valuables, and fragile items prior to painting.
We are not responsible for damage to items left in painting areas that were not removed or covered.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please notify us during the final walkthrough or within 2 days of completion so we can address your concerns
7. Liability
We are fully insured and take every precaution to protect your property.
However, we are not liable for pre-existing issues such as cracks, water damage, or structural defects that may impact the final results.
